الملخص

This study aims to determine the impact of Total Quality Management (TQM) on organizational culture in private hospitals in Sana'a Capital Secretariat, Yemen. A quantitative approach, employing both descriptive and analytical methods, was used to achieve the research objective. The study population consisted of management levels (top, middle, and first-line, as well as medical and technical staff) from private hospitals in the Yemeni capital. A stratified random sample, including 50% of employees in each position, was selected. Questionnaires served as the primary data collection tool. A total of 444 questionnaires were distributed to the University of Science and Technology Hospital (USTH), Modern European Hospital, and Azal Hospital, with 399 valid questionnaires collected, representing an 89.87% response rate. Data analysis was conducted using appropriate statistical methods within the SPSS 26v software, and structural equation modeling (SEM) was applied using AMOS 21v. The study concluded that there is a positive impact of TQM on organizational culture in private hospitals in Yemen.
