Publishing requirements

Publishing Requirements:

  •  Publishing Languages ​​- Arabic and English:

Research written in English must contain a title and abstract in Arabic, and research written in Arabic must contain a title and abstract in English.

  •  Number of Required Copies and Pages:

 A paper copy of the research must be submitted in addition to an electronic copy edited using the program (word) on CD or Sent via the journal’s email, the number of research pages should not exceed 30 pages, including tables and figures, and should include a summary of the research.

  •    Arbitration:

All submitted research is subject to arbitration by specialists with distinguished scientific experience and standing.

The journal uses two arbitrators for each research, and the editor-in-chief may choose a third arbitrator in the event of a disagreement between the arbitrators, or it may suffice with one arbitrator if he has a high scientific standing and rank.

The editor-in-chief shall notify the author of the research of the suitability or unsuitability of the research for publication as soon as possible.

Research is not published until the required amendments are made according to the opinions of the arbitrators, after which the researcher shall submit a final modified version of the research within a maximum period of ten days from receiving the amendments, if any.

  ·     Publishing fees:

The costs of publishing research in the journal are as follows: -

First: - For the internal publisher (within the university):

Researchers, graduate students and university professors. An amount of 5000 (five thousand riyals) is paid upon submission of the research and is not refundable. In addition to 1000 (one thousand riyals) the price of one volume if published.

Second: - For the external publisher (outside the university):

Researchers, graduate students, and professors of other Yemeni universities, an amount of 10,000 (ten thousand riyals) paid upon submitting the research and is not returned, in addition to 1000 (one thousand riyals) the price of one volume.

Third: - For the publisher from outside Yemen:

Researchers, graduate students, and professors of Arab and international universities, an amount of $100 (one hundred US dollars) paid upon submitting the research and is not returned, in addition to $20 (twenty US dollars) the price of one volume if published.

Density Publication:

It is initially issued semi-annually in its first two years, and in the future the number of publications may increase according to what the editorial board decides.

Writing and submission conditions for publication:

  • The material requested to be published in the journal must be submitted in Arabic or English, written on the Word 2007 or later program)) Font type (Times New Roman) for English research and (Arial) for Arabic research, font size 14, page margins 2 cm on all four sides, no space between lines (single), and serially numbered with an indent for the first line of each paragraph and an indent before numbered or dotted paragraphs of 1 cm, and a spacing before the paragraph of 12 points, and the papers must be Printed on one side only for the paper version.
  • Writing: The article is organized as follows:
  • Title.
  • Abstract within 200 words in both Arabic and English.
  • Text: It is divided into specific main headings.

  • References are numbered sequentially within square brackets such as [5]; all identifying elements for each reference are complete; it is also important to ensure that all references mentioned in the text are listed; There should also be no references in the list that are not mentioned in the text.

    The author(s) information should be written on a separate sheet as follows:

  • Author's name
  • University or institution where the author works
  • Author's email
  • Author's physical address
  • Qualification and research interests information

  • Repeat the above for all authors

    Tables:

Tables are numbered sequentially, independent of the numbering of figures throughout the text, and each has its title above the table and its source below it, written in italics.
