The Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) was used to analyze the questionnaire data, based on arithmetic averages and regression analysis to test the validity of the model and the effect of the independent variables (organizational justice dimensions) on the dependent variable (administrative empowerment). The results of this study indicated that employees' perceptions of the dimensions of organizational justice were at an average level, while employees' perceptions of the level of administrative empowerment were at an average level, in addition to the existence of an important statistically significant effect of organizational justice and its dimensions on administrative empowerment. The study recommended that salaries, financial incentives and bonuses for employees should be commensurate with their abilities and qualifications. It also recommended the importance of paying attention to employees in terms of qualifying, training and developing their skills and personal abilities to improve their performance and enable them to work, in addition to the importance of providing employees with the opportunity to participate in making administrative decisions, which contributes to improving the decisions taken and makes employees more accepting of them because they contributed to making them. Participation also makes employees more understanding of the decisions taken, less resistant to them and more enthusiastic about implementing them.
