Abstract

The research aims to identify the impact of innovative leadership in achieving institutional excellence in private Yemeni hospitals in the city of Dhamar.

The descrive approach was used for my analysis, as the research community consisted of all private hospitals in the city of Dhamar, as their number was (14) private hospitals. A deliberate sample was chosen at the upper and middle administrative levels.

The study found a positive impact of all dimensions of innovative leadership (innovative planning and thinking, innovative communication, and innovative problem-solving and decision-making) on achieving institutional excellence in private hospitals in Dhamar City.
