Internal and external factors and their impact on Russian-American relations and Russian strategic transformations during the Yeltsin-Putin periods

This study dealt with Russian-American relations, which are of particular importance to many parties and countries at all levels. The study focused on the impact of internal and external factors on the patterns of relations between the two parties, as well as the impact of these factors on the formulation of Russian strategy in general. The study concluded that there is a negative and positive impact of these factors on the relationship between the two parties, as well as on changes in Russian strategy.
