The study followed both (the descriptive approach (and (the case study approach) and reached many conclusions, including:
First: Russia - with regard to the power structure in the international system - crystallized a strategic vision.. and explicitly declared its opposition to the dominance of (the single power) over the global system, represented by the United States.. It also opposed the expansion of NATO, and expressed its concern about the possibilities of growing American hegemony, in light of the United States' efforts to control the world's basic energy sources.
Second: Russian ambitions - for the international system to become a multipolar system, and for it to be one of its poles - It is closely linked to its foreign policy in the Middle East region, given the strategic importance of this region. Third: The new international system requires a lot of research and thought, and it is hoped that this study will open up several horizons for other systematic scientific studies and research.
