Abstract

The study Aimed to identify the impact of strategic intelligence on developing leadership Competencies in the Kuwait Real Estate Holding Company, and to identify the difficulties that reduce the effectiveness of strategic intelligence in the Kuwait Real Estate Holding Company. The study used the descriptive analytical approach, and the study population consisted of Managers and employees in the Kuwait Approach Holding Company. the study content (112). Arandom sample of (89) employees was selected. Data was collected using. The quotidian tool. The study Mead SPSS Program to namely date of the quotidian questions. The study reached a set of results, the most important of Which are the following:

1-Strategic intelligence pays, great attention to developing leadership competencies in the Kuwait Real Estate Holding Company.

2- The level of strategic intelligence in the Kuwait Real Estate Holding Company is High.

3- The level of leadership Competencies development in the Kuwait Real Estate Holding Company is High.
