Their awareness is average regarding the alkaline effect on the body resulting from eating vegetables and fruits and the necessity that daily needs of vegetables and fruits be greater than grains and the role of zinc in the body and the types of vitamins that the body obtains from fats. While the level of awareness is low regarding the energy derived from vegetables and fruits and the acidic effect on the human body as a result of eating grains and their products.
